All transactions for Adding Funds to your Advance Account via PayPal will be credited to your account, after deducting the PayPal Transaction Fees at actual.

If you pay us via PayPal you will see "WISENIC" as the beneficiary on the PayPal page.


The WISENIC Billing Team will contact you upon receving a refund request from your end.

Salient points about the refund process:

  • A Reseller is entitled to a refund of any unused portion of his account balance within 1 month after applying for it.
  • WISENIC will not be responsible for any differences in the refund due to Fluctuation in International Currency rates.
  • Your refund will be processed via the same payment mode through which the payment was recieved in the first instance.
  • If your refund leads to your Total Receipts going below $49, it will result in freezing of your Reseller Account.
